Training Diary - Weeks 4 & 5
My bike target for this fortnight is already slightly reduced as I have S-curved my year more significantly this year. but having said that I went out and smashed it anyway, and took myself from being a chunk behind to being back on target. The mountain biking I have done this year has mostly been commuting on roads, or on the railway line, so it shouldn't really count. I need to go and do something with at least some levels
I also managed to get back up on to my run target, but that was partly by doing my long run for my marathon prep and putting a whole week worth of miles into 32 hour block at the weekend.
I am also swimming a lot at the minute. I have arranged my calendar to fit in four swims a week and this week I took 3 of those over 2,000m each.

Swim 7.9 miles / 12,750m. (7.0 miles).
Bike 93.9 miles. (78.0 miles). MTB 48.7 miles. (26.0 miles).
Run 56.6 miles. (46.2 miles).
4 short core, 3 short light weights and 0 stretching / rollering session. 135 mins of yoga.
