Training Diary - Weeks 10 & 11

It has been a strange fortnight on the training front.  Having had my commuter mountain bike stolen I am not willing to expose my more expensive bikes to the same fate. I have swapped my road commuter off of the turbo but it needs a service before going outside, and my remaining 26" mob is set up for the girlfriend so not easily available as an alternative. The weather (snowy days and lots of rain) and my schedule hasn't allowed me to put in a dedicated mountain bike session anywhere. So all of my bike miles have been on the turbo, on my nice road bike. But I need to figure out what went wrong with that and fix it before Ibiza.  ETU have finally gotten round to announcing where the Euro Cross Triathlon and Cross Duathlon Championships will be held this year. They are going to be in Riva Del Garda in Italy, just north of Verona. They are annoyingly close to the Euro Aquathlon in Menen, Belgium and I will have to do a week there, a week at work and th...
