Training Review - Weeks 12 & 13

I have had a cold for most of this fortnight, but despite that have managed to put up some decent numbers.

While I fell behind on most of my big miles, I did run my second fastest 10k ever, (although it felt like I only "ran" the first 2km and last 2km and jogged the middle section, so i think there is a faster time in there. And then I followed that up with sub-19 5km at Inverurie Parkrun, (again more in the tank) and then a second place in my first every cyclecross race. 

I managed to finish this year's 30 Days of Yoga in Q1, but by sacrificing all of my weights and core sessions again. 

Last two weeks of Bucksburn pool coming up, then I need to come up with a plan for where to swim after that closes.
