Training Review - Weeks 22 & 23

Not having a car really started to bite as I had to give my sister her car back and consequently I missed 3 swims in week 22. I did manage to fit in my first UK open water swim for the year with a swim down the Dee at the weekend. And I swapped all my commutes for run or bike, so I actually put up some decent numbers for the week and ended up with more free time in the evenings. As long as the weather holds I will maybe try and commute ride Monday and Friday through summer...

And then week 23 I got my car back and immediately drove everywhere.

I did manage to catch up on some swimming and did put up decent run and bike numbers still, but still need to get out on my mountain bike more.
